Privacy Policy

Introduction
This privacy policy (hereby referred to as "Policy") applies to the Aima mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by freeweb (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
By downloading and using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider. You are advised to consult this Policy regularly for any changes.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Automatically Collected Information
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device (iOS / Android) and its version
- Device model and screen resolution
User-Provided Information
- Chat messages exchanged with AI characters (text content)
- User profile information (name, hobbies, preferences, and other information entered within the Application)
Information Not Collected
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Purpose of Information Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Providing and improving the AI character chat functionality
- Improving Application usability and fixing bugs
- Analyzing usage patterns to enhance service quality
- Delivering personalized advertisements
- Sending important information, required notices, and marketing communications
Google Analytics 4 and AdMob
The Application uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google AdMob for advertising delivery and usage analytics, and may automatically collect user information. These services use cookies and advertising identifiers (Advertising IDs) to track user behavior for the purposes of analyzing Application usage and displaying advertisements tailored to user interests.

- Google AdMob: May use advertising identifiers for user tracking to deliver personalized advertisements. AdMob Privacy Policy
Data collection by these services is managed under Google's Privacy Policy. For more details, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.
Data Storage and Management
Local Storage
The Application stores the following data in the device's local storage (AsyncStorage). This data is retained only on the device and is not saved to cloud servers.
- Chat history: All messages per character (sender, content, timestamp, emotion tags)
- Relationship data: Intimacy level, intimacy points, relationship status, first meeting date, last chat date, consecutive chat days, total message count
- User preferences: Profile information, preferences, and facts about the user remembered by the AI
Data Sent to External Services
To generate AI character responses, user messages and recent conversation history (up to 10 messages) are sent to the OpenAI API via a proxy server managed by the Service Provider. The data sent includes:
- A system prompt based on character settings (character name, age, personality, speech style, etc.)
- Current intimacy level and relationship status
- Recent conversation history (up to 10 messages)
- The user's new message
This data is used solely for generating AI responses and is managed under OpenAI's data usage policies. For more details, please refer to the OpenAI Privacy Policy.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider shares data with third-party services only for the purposes described in this Policy:
- OpenAI: Conversation data is sent via a proxy server for the purpose of generating AI chat responses.
- Google Analytics for Firebase (GA4): Anonymized usage data is sent for Application analytics. Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob: Advertising identifiers are used for tracking to deliver advertisements. Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may also disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- With their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Policy.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
To disable personalized advertising from Google AdMob, please adjust your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Data stored locally on the device is removed when the Application is uninstalled.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at eerf0309+Aima@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the event that the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Application with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at eerf0309+Aima@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
